First Impressions: Makeup Revolution Ultra Cream Contour Palette

Is everyone still feeling the contouring trend? I know I am. Although I am usually a powder kind of gal I thought this month I'd go ahead and buy a cream contour palette. I know a few people that use them and love them however I was always worried about the blending aspect. How will I get it to look natural? Well I'm pleased to say that with the Makeup Revolution ultra cream contour palette I think I've found a blend-able champion.

Look Fantastic June Unboxing

I've been getting the Look Fantastic box for a while now... However it's safe to say that I am not always that great putting up a post about every single one I receive. In fact the last one I did anything about was in February over on my YouTube channel. However this month I decided that I'd get on with it and do a whole post about the June box for you all.

Pixie Lott X KISS Cosmetics Party*

I've been up to some really exciting stuff lately... I'm sorry to brag - but I think I went to one of the coolest PR events ever last week. If you've been reading my blog for a while now you probably know about my relationship with KISS cosmetics and how every so often I do a little review or giveaway. Well, because of this I got to attend their Pixie Lott X Kiss Cosmetics PR party.

First Impressions: Joan Collins Paparazzi Compact Duo*

What girl doesn't love a good compact set? I don't know about you but I find compact sets so helpful. Not only because they fit neatly into my on-the-go makeup bag but I also have two staple products that are only taking up the size of one. I haven't used that many compact duos in the past however after trying out the Joan Collins lipsticks I couldn't say no to another one paired with a powder (which I haven't even tried out yet).

First Impressions: Joan Collins Divine Lips Lipsticks*

Where would a girl be without a trusty lipstick or two? Having a range of lipsticks in different finishes and shades really allows you to create as many different looks as your heart desires. Lipsticks can either really define your look and make it what it is or just add a subtle finishing touch that is the cherry on top of your makeup.

Johnson and Johnson Summer Beauty Event*

I haven't been to a beauty event in a while... In fact the last one I went to was the Juvadent beauty event in January so when Johnson and Johnson invited me to their summer beauty event I couldn't say no. For those of you who have been living under a rock for the past century Johnson and Johnson are pretty much the kings of the pharmaceutical and skincare industry who have brought us brands like Neutrogena, Piz Buin and Compeed.

First Impressions: Joan Collins Class Act Mascara*

Where would a lady be without a trusty mascara? Well for starters her eyes would appear smaller, her lashes would be non-existent and her make-up collection would have a very big mascara shaped hole in it. So all-in-all, she'd be in a pretty sad place. It's no secret that I am a sucker for a good mascara. That's why I couldn't pass up the opportunity to try out the Joan Collin's Class Act mascara.

Eylure Dybrow Brow Kit Review

Recently I dyed my hair black... However, when I first dyed it, I didn't even think about dying my eyebrows. I already have dark hair so I thought it would be okay to go au natural for a while. But as time went on I realised I didn't feel complete without filling in my eyebrows. So, I thought I'd finally bite the bullet and make my eyebrows just as dark as my hair.

KISS Salon Acrylic False French Nails Review*

It's no secret that I love KISS false nails... I was first introduced to KISS in the middle of last year when I was sent some gel fantasy false nails. Then from there, I went to a KISS lashes and nails party and now here I am a self-confessed false nail addict. Anyway, as Valentine's day is coming up I was kindly sent some KISS salon acrylic false nails* in a pretty, chic french tipped design.

Sleek Solstice Highlighter Palette Review

Look at that highlight though... Just like every other make-up addict out there I am obsessed with highlighter. If I had to choose between wearing foundation, concealer, contour powder or highlighter, I'd choose highlighter every single time. I think it really pulls together any make-up look. To be truthful, I can't imagine my make-up routine without it!

Juvadent Beauty Event with LDN Meet-Up*

Who doesn't love a good old-fashioned blogger event? Attending events has always been something I have been wary of. If you've seen my overcoming shyness video you'll probably get the gist of why. Anyway last year, I started making a more concerted effort to attend events and meet new people (internal screaming). Anyway, it's actually starting to become something I really enjoy.

Warming Up Winter With White To Brown Self-Tan*

This winter is proving to be a cold one! So when I was invited to try out White To Brown's self-tanner to sprinkle a little bit of summer into my life I couldn't resist. I'm no stranger to fake tan, having been a loyal tanner to St.Tropez for a few summers. However with my old favourite coming in at almost £30 a bottle, I couldn't turn down trying out White to Brown's much more modest £15 alternative.
