I have already written about Niro Wang, House of MEA and Jeff Garner but today I am going to be talking about a presentation I saw about a designer collection called Little Shilpa. Little Shilpa is predominantly a brand of headpieces. However, more recently, designer Shilpa Chavan has branched out into apparel. Little Shilpa is perhaps most famous for making headpieces for pop-star Lady Gaga.
