First Impressions: Morphe Your True Selfie Palette

If there is one thing I love in the world of beauty it’s a versatile palette. I adore it when I can take one palette and create a handful of completely different looks depending on my mood. That’s why for about the last three years my go to palette has always been the Urban Decay X Gwen Stefani - however now I am thinking I have finally found a replacement. Don’t get me wrong, I am still in love with my Urban Decay palette but I am hitting pan on alot of the shades, and as it was a limited edition palette I don’t think I’m going to be able to get my hands on another. In the winter I tend to wear more makeup. I think it’s because in the cooler months my makeup stays on better and my skin is actually in a better mood than it is in the summer. For my complexion, I have always adored browns and oranges - I think they balance my skin tone out well whilst still making my eyes pop. OOTD: Forest Child

If you read my last outfit of the day post, then you know that bohemian looks are my vibe. There is nothing I love more than floating around in an ethereal-esque number, feeling like a child of the forest. Hence the name of this look - forest child. OOTD: Dark Dreams

For the entirety of 2019 both bohemian and gothic looks have been my aesthetic. In fact, I love them both so much that I have combined them into some sort of hybrid that personified, would be Stevie Nicks and Marilyn Manson’s love child. For those of you who need enlightening I have fondly dubbed my new style as “boho goth”. To be honest I don’t really know if it is even a thing, but Pinterest seems to think so. So basically if you want more bohemian gothic vibes after this post then you need to follow my Pinterest board which is dedicated to this entire aesthetic. So this one is for all of the goths out there who have a wild and free bohemian heart.

I'm Back But My Blogging Alter-Ego Is Not!
