Travel Diaries: Exploring London**

Staycations are great...Whether it is due to the rising costs of going abroad or simply that there is much to explore in the country that you live, a lot has to be said of a staycation. From exploring in Devon to going a little further afield, England has much beauty to see and sights to explore. And being UK based, you can’t wrong with a staycation in London. As the old saying goes, when you’re tired of London, you’re tired of life.

What's In My Carry On

I know travelling can sometimes be stressful...However I strongly believe that it's something everybody should do. As cheesy as it sounds travelling is food for the soul. You get to experience the excitement of going somewhere new, learning about new cultures and of course, eating all of the amazing food! Although these are all things I look forward to before heading off on my trip, I also really enjoy getting there. So, in order to make one of my favourite parts of my trip as enjoyable as it can be I like to have a few things to hand on the aeroplane that I can reach to if I need them.

Put your hand up if you love first impressions posts! *Raises hand*. First impressions has always been a regular feature on my blog so when I got the opportunity to try out Marc Jacobs Beauty's Highliner I couldn't wait to start writing. If you knew me about six years ago then you would know that I was absolutly obsessed with eyeliner - particularly brightly coloured ones. So you can imagine my excitement when I saw the swatches of these liners!

Spring Cleaning My Blog And My Life

It's been a while... Again. Sorry. But really I am not going to apologise. Not because I'm not grateful for all of my readers or my blog but because I'm trying to prioritise balance in my life and I've just started to get comfortable with figuring it out. When I was posting 2-3 times a week, I was putting myself under quite a lot of pressure and I wasn't spending anywhere near enough time away from my computer. In short I wasn't being good to myself or the people in my life.

Why I Probably Won't Attend Beautycon London Again

I am usually a big fan of beauty events... In fact, I'd even go as far to say that I love attending them. I like getting to know new beauty brands, learn the tricks of the trade and of course meet other make-up, skincare and hair care enthusiasts. However as you can probably tell from the title I am unfortunately not writing to tell you about one of my favourite events of the year.

Style Snaps: Insta Autumn Lookbook

I think I've inadvertently started a new fashion post project... I have found a new love in fashion flat lay photography. It all started about two weeks ago when I bought this bomb metallic tee that I knew I definitely needed to show the entire world but to be honest the day I got it I wasn't feeling too hot and I didn't want to have to wait to post. Have any other fellow bloggers felt this way? So I took the only viable option and created an outfit of the day flat lay there and the with my messy hair, no make-up face and trackie pants. Sweet.

Late Autumn Beauty Wishlist

I haven't done a beauty wishlist post in such a long time. Mainly because I don't want to look around the shops too much and spend a whole load of money. And also because on the lead up to Christmas, I want to save as much money as possible so I can get all of the gifts I need. However, that's obviously not going to stop me from creating my end of autumn beauty wishlist.

Travel Diaries: Exploring Durdle Door, Dorset

I've been doing a lot of exploring lately, especially in my home country - England. I must admit, when I was younger the idea of exploring England sounded a bit boring and nowhere near exotic enough for my wanderlust. However the more I discover in England, the more I realise how much beauty is hidden particularly in the countryside.
